CanHope coordinates fire-protection material enquiries around your project BOQ, specifications and drawings. Our role is to help identify the supply scope, organize proposed products and make unresolved requirements visible before an order is agreed.
A coordinated quotation can cover more than pipes, but it is not a blanket commitment to supply every item or to approve a complete fire-protection system. Product selection and substitutions must follow the responsible designer’s requirements and the project’s acceptance process.
What a coordinated enquiry can include

How CanHope supports the package
Our core pipe supply is supported by our own galvanized-pipe factory. Related products may be coordinated through our sourcing resources. We can review a multi-product list, identify missing specification details and discuss packing or consolidated shipment when the order and loading plan allow.
- A line-by-line quotation with proposed manufacturer/model information where relevant.
- Clear separation of quoted items, exclusions and unresolved requirements.
- Order-specific confirmation of availability, production timing and documentation.
- Shipment coordination based on packing dimensions, readiness dates and destination handling.
A single commercial contact does not mean every product has the same manufacturer, certification or delivery date. Ask us to show those differences in the offer, especially where several categories must arrive together.
Approval and service boundaries
Some fitting options may be available with UL Listing and/or FM Approval, depending on the exact model. UL/FM options for valves are not confirmed. Do not treat a certificate for one product as approval of the whole package. The UL Product iQ and FM Approval Guide resources can support the required product checks.
CanHope also has domestic HFC-227ea manufacturing capability. Overseas qualifications are not confirmed; a foreign project must not assume that these systems are approved or ready for its market. Specialist-system configuration, target-market documents and transport requirements need a separate review.
Our core role is product and project-material supply with China-side coordination. Overseas installation, commissioning, training and maintenance are not automatically included and require explicit project-specific confirmation.
Prepare an enquiry that can be reviewed
- Company and project location, with delivery destination.
- Current BOQ and drawing/specification revision.
- Required approvals and any nominated manufacturers or models.
- Quantities, units, required-on-site dates and whether staged deliveries are acceptable.
- Scope boundaries: who supplies accessories, installation and local approvals.
