Model-Specific Specification Checklist
Model-specific sizes and ratings will be confirmed in the quotation. A general size or pressure range should not be treated as available for every valve type.
GATE VALVES — To be confirmed: model, DN/NPS, pressure rating, body and seat materials, stem/operation type, and connection standard.
BUTTERFLY VALVES — To be confirmed: model, DN/NPS, pressure rating, wafer/lug/flanged/grooved configuration, seat material, and lever/gear/actuator requirements.
CHECK VALVES — To be confirmed: model, DN/NPS, pressure rating, check mechanism, installation orientation, body/seat materials, and connection standard.
PIPELINE STRAINERS — To be confirmed: model, DN/NPS, pressure rating, body material, screen material and mesh/perforation size, and connection standard.
Documents & Approval Requirements
Please state the project standard and any mandatory approvals before quotation. Our current valve range is not UL Listed or FM Approved; these valves must not be selected for projects that require those approvals.
Datasheets, dimensional drawings, material information and available test documents must be checked against the exact quoted model. Certification for a pipe or fitting does not extend to a valve.
