Hot-dip galvanized I-beams, also known as galvanized I-beams, are created by immersing rust-removal I-beams into a molten zinc solution at around 500°C, forming a zinc coating on the surface. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance by bonding the galvanized layer to the steel, ensuring long-lasting durability even in harsh environments. Hot-dip galvanized I-beams are ideal for use in strong acidic, alkaline mist, and other corrosive environments.

The thickness of the galvanized layer is uniform, typically ranging from 30 to 50 microns, providing reliable protection against rust and wear. The zinc layer is metallurgically bonded to the steel, becoming an integral part of the surface, ensuring that the durability of the coating remains strong over time.
